Lake City Craft Company's quilling kits come in a
variety of designs.
Each kit contains the basic instructions and
everything necessary for the completed project
except for the frame. Some of the kits come with a printed
background and accessories to complete the project.
The kits come with a full color picture of the complete design.

kit, beginning quillers will find that quilling is easy to learn
